上班打开的第一屏。左侧是等待你决策的事项,右侧是硬性时间节点与异常。临近到期的单独成栏,始终置顶。The first screen of the day. Decisions awaiting you on the left; hard deadlines and exceptions on the right. Anything close to expiry occupies its own row and remains at the top.
一票货分六个阶段推进,客户、航线、件重体与箱型固定在顶部。登记、路由、装箱、账单、清关、单据各占一个页签,修改任一段都无需离开这一票。Six stages per job, with the client, route, pieces, weight, volume and mode pinned to the header. Below that sit six tabs — registration, routing, packing, billing, customs, documents — and editing any one of them never requires leaving the job.
每个拼箱下记录着所属箱子的轨迹:进场、装船、卸船、可提。免堆期与留置按箱计算,临近到期的进入截关雷达。Each consolidation carries its containers' events: gate-in, loaded, unloaded, available. Free time and holds are counted per box, and anything close to expiry appears in the cut-off radar.
应收应付按组织与工作号配对,发票、收款、汇率、过账日期逐行列出。差额标红,拆分与解绑均留有记录。Receivables and payables are matched by organization and job number, with invoice, receipt, FX rate and posting date each on their own line. Any difference is shown in red, and every split or unmatch is logged.
收件箱内置于系统。来信自动关联到对应的那一票,正文中的有效信息自动提取为字段,无需逐条抄录。The inbox is built into the system. Mail is attached to the job it belongs to, and the useful detail in the body is extracted as fields for you to confirm.
询价起草、订舱单据识别、跨单核对、提单校验、预申报起草、发票稽核 —— 每一个都是注册表中的一条记录,可单独启用或停用。Every agent is one row in the registry, enabled and disabled independently: quotation drafting, booking-document recognition, cross-document checks, B/L verification, pre-declaration drafting, invoice audit.
算法并不复杂:AI 填写且你未修改的字段、它指出且你认可的问题、它自动完成的动作,这三类各按一条工时定额折算。token 支出除以省下的工时,即为每省一小时的成本。Three things count as saved work: a field AI filled that you never edited, a problem it flagged that you accepted, an action it completed unattended. Each is worth a set number of minutes. The token spend divided by the hours saved gives the cost per hour saved.
流程由你自行配置。询价到结算展开为一排阶段与节点,每个节点可挂载一个智能体、设置一条进入条件,也可标为红线,任何人不得绕过。You configure the process yourself. Quote to settlement is laid out as stages and nodes, and on any node you can host an agent, require a condition before work enters, or mark a red line that no one may bypass.
系统产出的内容发往何处,按公司配置:哪份单据、经哪个通道、发给哪一方。工作流自动发送时依此规则执行,人工发送时以此预填。Where the system's output goes is configured per company: which artifact, over which channel, to whom. Workflow sends follow the rules unattended; manual sends use them as prefill.
报表由模板生成。财务、物流、统计、自定义查询分开归类,选定一张即可生成,也可配置为按周期自动发送。Reports are generated from templates, grouped into financial, logistics, statistics and ad-hoc. Select one to generate it, or place it on a schedule.
